2. SIGNED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

3. We use a third party manufacturer partner for our apparel and home/goods merchandise as such Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted with multiple clear photos of the issue within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims with claim paperwork/claim number from (UPS, USPS) must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
